Does one need licenses to conduct an Investigation?
Definitely. Licenses from the government authorities are your basic requirements. In fact, each individual Private investigator needs to go through stringent vetting processes by the ministry concerned. This is important to an Intelligence Unit because the findings from a private investigator is often used in court, thus the source needs to be permissible and from a source that is reliable by the rule of law, hence this vetting and certification is mandatory.
What is Double Agent and can I as a client be exposed to this?
So you have paid a considerable amount of money for a Private Investigator to trail your cheating spouse. He does, but then he goes to back to your cheating spouse and offers him the evidences for more money. This situation not only will take you nowhere, it leaves you cheated.
Being a Double Agent is unethical and immoral. MVD understands the intensity of each project and gives each due regard. MVD's ground investigators are not exposed to the client, thus no direct contact with them is established from the start. This helps minimize the exposure of double agents, while close monitoring is conducted by top management on all PI’s hourly operations to avoid this occurrence.

Does MVD provide counsel on planning of investigative schedule?
MVD in many cases do pre-hand investigation in determining the best time to launch an investigation; to ensure the duration of the paid investigation hours are of benefit to the client. MVD does the necessary referencing with the client pre-hand, to streamline the most effective investigation period, allowing for a concrete report with solid findings.
Can I touch base with the company on the progress of my investigation around at any time of the day?
Yes. MVD is available around the clock to see to your questions and concerns. After engaging our services, you will be assigned to a project coordinator who will be your point of contact and will be available round the clock to attend to your queries in regards to the progress of the investigation.
